Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

For best results, line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick sheet.

Scoop out dough the size of a small egg and roll into a ball.

Place on a cookie sheet about two inches apart.

Bake for 10-14 minutes (ovens vary).

When the dough looks a little soft in the middle and brown on the edges, remove from oven and let set for about 3-5 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack. If you prefer a crispy cookie, bake a few minutes longer.

Enjoy while warm, or store in refrigerator or freezer to save for later.
