Our dough should always be kept chilled until ready to use.

Keep dough in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.

For longer storage, keep the dough in the freezer for 6-12 months.

We recommend rolling into balls and using a freezer safe container before freezing. This allows for any amount to be made without having to defrost it all. I prefer to bake them when frozen. 

Once baked, cookies are best eaten within 1-2 days, if stored in a tight container can stay fresh up to a week. They won't last that long though.
